in mbn utility network devices section shows faintly my
other computer but when i click it, it says device not
availible.

how do you fix this

Disable any software firewalls on the computers, including
Widnows ICF. The NetBios broadcasts are blocked by the
firewalls. The other way around is to set subnet
192.168.2.x as trusted zone for all firewalls (or open
appropriate ports for ICF).
