Setup of MN-500 Problems

I have been trying to set up the basestation on a Sony
Viao to a DSL ISP. The setup runs fine until it says
that it cannot program the base station because there is
a firewall on. However i have uninstalled all anti-virus
in the PC as well as the internet connection. The
windows internet firewall has not been set up and I have
turned off and on the internet sharing feature and cannot
get the basestation to install. I have also tried
different basestations. Help please
