no file sharing

Two computers set up on a network. both can "see"
eachother according to the Microsoft Broadband Network
Utility. Shared printing works fine. Permissions for
computer IP and hub IP set up for both computer's software
firewalls. Neither computer can see eachother in the
workgroup directory in the explorer view.
