Computer doesn't recognize MN-510 adapter when started

Computer doesn't recognize MN-510 adapter when started

But if I unplug it from the USB and reconnect the
computer recognizes it. How can I get my computer to
recognize the adapter all the time so I don't have to
plug it back in everytime I start my computer?
