My MN-740 green light for the xbox won't turn green

I have been using this product for a month now and out of
nowhere a few days ago it just shuts of as I was in a
middle of a game and says it's been unplugged.Eversince
then I can't connect the wirless adapter to my xbox I've
tried everything from reconnecting my ethernet and xbox to
updating my 740 can anyone please help me with this issue
