Unable to add networking product for SBC for Windows ME Please Help

I have been trying all day to contact two computers
together using the SBC and ME software. I ahve called SBC
and they say it is an Microsoft issue and Microsoft says
go to the website for technical instructions. I follow
theinstructions and get to the Sharing folder portion and
the diections state right click the folder name in the
tree pane and there is none. Any suggestions :-)

You probably have not set up the filesharing service in your networking.

It's been a long time since I've looked at an ME machine, but I think this
