I got a new internet service today, so I had to reinstall
the software for the base station on my primary computer. So I have to re-install the software on my second computer also, only thing is that a little message pops up every time I try to install it, and says that the windows installer service cannot be accessed, and so the installer wont go on. Are you on Windows XP? If so, go into Control Panel/Administrative
Tools/Services and make sure Cryptographic Service is started and running. Again, if you're on XP, you don't need to use the software if you have Wireless Zero Configuration enabled and started (in Services). You would then just open Network Connections and use the built-in system software to install and configure the device. -- Chris H.
