broadband base station

during set up , wizard says that i am either running a
firewall or need to reset the base station . have
reset and disabled firewall still comes up as error
what else can i do?

Disabling is not sufficient for Norton and other
firewalls. Uninstall the firewall before the setup. You
can install it after.

Have you gotten an answer yet? I am experiencing the
exact same problem.

>i got the same thing, so i clicked cancel, and it seams
to work fine, i got internet and wireless thing going,
but idk if thats a good idea
