Two computer's internet connection works using the router
via connecting to the integrated 4 port switch. But once I install the wireless Netgear card software and card, I can't connect to internet anymore. And when I uninstall the software, and return to using the nic, it can't connect to internet. The only way I can use the nic again is if I do system restore and everything works again with the nic. I'm running Xp home, firewall is not enabled. I get good strength between card and router. But when I do check the IP, it assigns a number that is not what the router assigned. I have SBC DSL dynamic IP. Anyone has suggestions? |

You should ask your questions in a Netgear or Dlink forum. This newsgroup
supports Microsoft's Broadband Networking hardware and software only, not networking in general. -- Chris H.
