Default help

HI. I have a new dell with xp-home edition, I also have a
older gateway computer with windows 95 which i used with
dial-up before purchasing my new DELL computer, I dont
think it has network interface card nor does it have
ethernet port. I currently have DSL broadband for the new
DELL and what i would like to be able to do is to get on
the internet on my older computer in a room upstairs
while my spouse is using the dell downstairs, I'm not
interested in sharing files or printers, just be able to
get on the internet. I would like to do this via the
wired existing phone line (instead of a wireless system).
My question is whether this can be accomplished and if so
what do i need and how to do it. I appreciate any help
Thanks Bob

You may want to check out the networking possibilities at
www.practicallynetworked.com, Bob. This newsgroup supports Microsoft
Broadband Networking hardware and software, not networking in general.
