Default Can't connect to network

I have a network consisting of 3 computers. One is a
Dell running Windows XP Pro which is connected to my
router. Another is an HP Pavillion Notebook running
windows XP home ed. The final one is a self Built
computer [intel motherboard, 3.0 GHz processor] running
Windows xp professional.

I can share files between the Dell and the notebook but
neither one "sees" my new one. I can connect to the
internet and MS Broadband Utility says that I am
connected to the workgroup as well as the internet. Any
ideas as to what is wrong?

Email me at (E-Mail Removed)
Thanks

Check the "new one" to make sure you're not running Internet Connection
Firewall on it. I'm guessing it is Windows XP, so just go into Help and
Support, search for ICF and the wizard will lead you through checking.
