I'm able to get to the Internet, but I can't see any of
the other computers on my network? Can the router be the
bproblem?

Make sure all are on the same workgroup and subnet.

Do they show on the MS Broadband Utility?

If you can get on the Internet from the other computers, then they're
talking with the router. Are you running any third-party firewall on your
systems? That could block one computer from seeing another.
