MN-700 Connection Drops Frequency

I have this problem for weeks already after updates the
broadband utility software and still the frequency of
wireless connection drops is between 1 of very 2 minutes.

Can someone help me to better improve the connection? I am
running this wireless routher in a less than 200 square
feet range.....and Window XP Home is the basic o/s used.

Please help

Do you have any cordless phones within this area, or a microwave? Or even
any other wireless equipment?
