Default MN-500 Firewall issues

I am currently unable to finish setting up my base
station on my network. I get to the step where it begins
programming the base station but then an error comes up
telling me to 1)disable all firewalls and other security
software and 2)reset the base station to factory
settings. I have done both of these steps but the same
error keeps showing up. I have even uninstalled my
ZoneLabs firewall, Norton Antivirus, and disabled the
Windows XP ICF (Internet Connection Firewall). I have
also tried removing the Microsoft Networking Software and
starting the setup process all over again. Does anyone
know of any other solutions?

Thanks,
Dave

Try making sure everything is plugged in the correct
spot. I got this error before, but I forgot how I fixed
it.
