I have a home wireless network - NETGEAR router and one other node running WinXP Pro with a Microsoft Wireless PCI adapter. Everything there is running fine. Bougbt a HP ze4610us laptop and a MN720 wireless adapter. In as easy as the desktop installation was - this installation is not going well. I installed stuff off the CD first, like the instructions said, then plugged the card in. Its been no luck ever since. It keeps telling me there is a network to connect to, but never connects. Have been on the phone with microsoft support, and they have not been able to resolve this problem. Anyone out there have a clue about this? Given the number of problems out there that I have read about - is this stuff just not fully baked right now (i can't really understand why it shouldn't be)... regards mikes mike |

lol...I got the same problem before. It's not hard to
solve, it's just hard to explain through words. I'll find a way to tell you...unless you already solved the problem? Note: It's something to do with...enabling wireless connection. I forgot...argh. |
