Default Bridging

I haven't had any luck with this yet, but here's what I
want to do: I have a MN-500 and a Netgear wireless
router. I want to connect my cable modem to the Netgear
and run an ethernet cable between that router and my
computer. I want to have my MN-500 in another room
connected via ethernet cable to my Xbox. I want the MN-
500 to act as a bridge between the wireless connection
and the wired connection. However, when I have tried
this, I can connect wirelessly to my MN-500 and have
Internet access, but I am unable to gain access by
plugging into ports 1-4. Is there a way to make this
work?

Did you put the MN-500 in bridge mode?

Yes I did. The router shows up, along with the one I
have connected to my cable modem, on Windows' list of
wireless networks. I can connect to the SSID of the MN-
500 router wirelessly. The problem is when I plug an
ethernet cable into it, it doesn't work that way.
