Default Add a Desktop to the Network

I have Microsoft Broadband Networking with one laptop
connected to the base computer with an MN-520 wireless
adapter. Is there anyway to connect an addition desktop
to the network? My only ideas now are 1. run 75 feet of
ethernet cord around the outside of the house or 2. get
an entirely different account with my service provider.
Are there any Microsoft wireless products for desktops or
an options that I haven't stumbled across yet? I am not
as computer savvy as most so any ideas would be greatly
appreciated.

For desktops you can purchase either the MN-510 or MN-730.

The MN-510 is a USB 802.11b wireless adapter & the MN-730 is a PCI
802.11g wireless adapter.
