I am trying to setup a woreless base station onto my dell
laptop, and i am having problems configuring the base station. I keep getting the meessage: There was a problem configuring your base staion. Then it mentions something about i need to disable software firewalls or any internet security software. I have no idea ow to do this, and i dont even know if i have either of these options?? Thanks! Dell typically come preinstalled with Norton or some
other firewall software. You may have an uninstall option on the Start/Programs menu for the software, or go Control Panel and open Add or Remove Programs. Then remove Norton (or whatever they installed for firewall). Then install the router.
