Default MN-500 is losing connectivity

I have a MN-500 wireless base station that i have to
reset a couple times a day because it drops my internet
connection. My provider is highspeed cable and they
won't even talk to me because i have a router. My
firmware version is V1.11.017, which i beleive is up to
date. Please let me know if anyone else has come across
this problem

Thank you

MN-700, same problem here. Constantly dropping connection.
Been on with Microsoft technical support, they suggested
the 2.4 Ghz phone system I have was the problem. I
disconnected and shut the phone system down and the MN-700
problems persist.

This is starting to get very aggravating.
