Hello,
I have just installed a MN-700 base station, and everything works fine except the internet. For some reason it just doesn't see an internet connection. I have an SBC DSL Speadstream 5100, I have downloaded and installed the new firmware, and I have made sure that my username is in the @sbcglobal.net format. And yet it still does not see an internet connection when verifying that connection. It just comes up with the "Please try resetting your modem" message time after time. Please help. I am having the same problem with the MN-500. I have sbc

You are also getting the "reset your modem" message? Are you resetting the
modem, not the base station? Have you inquired of SBC if there is updated firmware for the Speedstream 5100? -- Chris H.
