Is there a utility which can run on a network and identify
problems?

I am running on XP on all but one machine. That one is on
98, and while I can see it on the network, I can't get to
any of the shared drives or printers.. File/print sharing
is installed and everything is shared..

Any ideas?

If Zonealarm is disabled, does file and print sharing work?
If so, you've confirmed that the network works, and that zonealarm is
stopping it. If this is the case, you'll have to configure ZoneAlarm to
allow for Windows File and Print sharing.
