MN700 and MN1000 download interrupts

I noticed this problem was posted several days ago but
the thread "died."

I have an MN 700 router and MN1000 DSL modem. All
installed well and works fine .... except for large
downloads (more than 1.5MB or so) being interrupted after
a minute or so. Just appears to "hang" and has to be
cancelled. The problem doesn't exist without the MN700
involoved (computer connected directly to the MN1000)

I have the latest downloads installed - has anyone solved
this.
