The only way to update the firmware of the MN700 is with the
msbndownload.exe util
There is no manual install option.

Hi all,
I bought MN-700 before.
It alerts me to update the firmware every time as I boot my computer.
But when I execute the "MSBNUpdate.exe", it comes to fail all the time...

1. Begin updating through the wizard
2. It shows that there're two components need to update


3. Then it progresses
4. And I input the correct password


5. But it always comes to failure


6. The status...


7. Even though I turn down the Utility, reset the MN-700, or un-plug the
power line for a while, it fails still


Does anyone can help me solve this problem?
I am suffering from this issue...>_<

Make sure you are inputting Roman Characters (Commonly used in modern
English & modern French to write words, Which is the two official
languages for the only 2 countries where this is sold & supported the
USA & Canada) and not Herigana, Katakana, or Kanji. The password should
be in English.

Thanks for your answering!
All the terms I used are numeric, including the password.
But the update utility still comes to fail...
How to fix it?
Or someone can provide the experience of updating firmware?
