Driver Disk for MN-720 Notebook Adapter

Does anyone know of a way to download the drivers for the
notebook adapter? Microsoft wants to charge me 23 bucks
for a replacement disk!

The only way to get the drivers for the MN-700 products is
on the CD that the MN-720 came with.
