MN-500 and DCF-660W

I wish to set up a wireless network to send files between
a Dell 4600 running XP and a Dell Axim running PocketPC
2002. I DO NOT have a broadband internet connection,
only dial up. If I can share the dial up, fine, but my
real goal is to network these two devices. How do I
configure the MN-500 for this purpose, since the config
software seems to be contingent upon a broadband
connection?
