I bought an optical mouse over the weekend and had no issues with my notebook adapter. But as of today the mouse seems to be interfering with the adapter causing it to disable itself periodically, which therfore has me renewing the address or reconfiguring the the adapter every so often. I've tried moving the mouse as far a possible from the laptop. But it the problem still occurs. Is there anyway around this, like changing the mouse's frequency channel. Or will I just have to get another mouse, because I already have an optical mouse for my desktop which has never created this conflict before |

The MSBBN and the Intellipoint software should not conflict. I've been running them together for months with no problems. The wireless frequencies for 802.11b/g don't conflict with the wireless intellimouse as they are a more than a couple magnitudes in frequency apart (2.4 ghz vs 27 mhz) I really believe your issue most likely lies elsewhere. -- Jason Tsang - Microsoft MVP Find out about the MS MVP Program - http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/default.aspx "O'Neill" <(E-Mail Removed)> wrote in message news:07c901c3d96a$2721c070$(E-Mail Removed)... > I bought an optical mouse over the weekend and had no > issues with my notebook adapter.
