Jeremy, Have you installed File & printer sharing for Microsoft networks You can check it by right clicking the Network Neighbourhood Icon on the desktop & then check the properties. on the configuration tab of the window,on scrolling down, you can see the File & printer sharing for Microsoft Networks entry in the end if its installed. If its not installed you have to install it by clicking ADD button at the bottom ADD -> Services -> File & Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks. Hope this will sort out your problems.
