Default Toucan & Tiscali

Just found out that Toucan broadband is provided by Tiscali. I did a WHOIS
on dslconnect.co.uk (all Toucan usernames are
<user>_(E-Mail Removed)), and it's registered to Tiscali.
Interesting.

I thought that fact had been well known for some time.

Maybe, but I didn't know it.

Just joined Toucan from Wanadoo, service speed in the evening is very bad.

I did that earlier in the year, only 7 weeks before the contract is up and
then I am off.

Toucan customer service is amongst the most inept I have ever come across
and when you ask for a supervisor there are none available.

The technical support is done by some dimwits in India who have no clue.

They are a complete waste of time and I have given up trying to get any
improvement in service. My old Wanadoo 512k service was better than my
Toucan (Tiscali) 1m service.
