DG 834 scheduling feature borked?

Using latest firmware.

The scheduling feature no longer seems to work. I have various sites
(blocked by suffix, .com etc) and only open them occasionally.

I just updated to the latest firmware, and set the router to default
settings. Re-entered the config from pages I had printed.

The rest of my LAN should be able to connect to the 'net but they
are blocked by the router, though access is correctly configured, as
it the date and time.

Do I need a replacement router? The reason I did the above was the
reverse...the net was configured as blocked, but it was accessible.
