It's horrendous.

You keep hearing the complaints, posted here and there, but are never sure how bad it
is.
Are they just a set of wingers ?
Is it just a few disaffected Tiscali users ?

The article/site is able to give us an idea of how bad it could be.

Wayne should be congratulated for his efforts in detailing this, and warning other
potential victims.
