None stated but if you treat it continuously as a non contended line they
will get upset.

Would they kick up a fuss if someone was using 100Mb a month combined
up/down?

Probably OK...12.5 MB is a *very* small amount!

Now, what did you *really* mean?

Oops my bad. I meant 100MB, obviously, like you probably realised. Mb isn't
really used to represent the amount of data, likewise MB isn't really used
to represent "bandwidth". I put bandwidth in quotes as the more technically
minded will start posting about frequencies etc and what bandwidth really
means and frankly, goes way over my head!

So, correcting my first post. Would they kick up a fuss if someone used
100MB a month combined up/down?

Dan

I was actually commenting not only on the 'Mb', but on the fact that
100MB is a very small amount anyway. I was wondering if you meant 100GB.
I don't know of any broadband tariff that would restruct to less than
100 MB/month.

I've done 33GB in the past and they never kicked up a fuss.

That is the clue, "in the past", possibly a one off. Use 33GB every month
and something would soon be said (and perhaps done).

They would be very happy, as you'd be paying for premier at £22 when you
could be on the £15 cheap service, which still gives you 1GB a month.

Bill
On 1GB / 2Mb for £15
