UK Online has announced that it is dropping the price of its 512K ADSL
service to £9.99 per month and its 2Mbps service to £19.99 per month
(which makes "sense" as the 8MB is now £29.99) with no data caps.

This pricing only applies on exchanges where UK Online have unbundled
the exchange allowing them to use the EasyNet LLU network. A list of
these is at http://www.ukonline.net/8000/llu_exchangelist.php

Pricing remains at £19.99 and £29.99 if your exchange has not been
unbundled by UK Online.

Set-up fee of £25 and free USB modem but it is a 12 month contract I
believe.

See http://www.ukonline.net/ for more details.

Sunil

Think you'll find it is an OE problem not a settings issue.

This should fix it.

Doubt it - OE can do quoting by default - it has been turned off, or
the person has possibly messed up their quotefix settings.

No, you're most probably wrong. OE has plenty of problems with quoting
which is why
quote-fix exists isn't it.
Check Andy Fosters reply also. I get the same result if I disable quote
fix.

Are you saying that the gazillions of people that use OE as a
newsreader are also using OE-quotefix ? I would suggest otherwise, and
there is nothing to suggest that all these people are not at least
showing ">" as an indent.

>OE has plenty of problems with quoting which is why quote-fix exists isn't it.

The usual problem is line wrapping failures, not missing indent
character.

Indeed noted.

Maybe it's as a result of replying to a google-groups post ?

My apologies, it looks like it's a google-groups initial post that
causes the OE failure.

My apologies to Roo as well.

I've just tried it, and a reply/group doesn't show the indent on a
google-groups post.

Of course, google-groups is hardly a proper news source writer though
:-)
