Is it that same as a mobile phone PAC code, in that if it's not used, it expires after 30 days and I have to get another one? However in line with your instructions we would like to confirm your Migration Authority Code (MAC) which is *****************. Please note that your MAC is only valid for the next 30 days at which point it will automatically expire. In the meantime PIPEX will set your account to close on **.**.2005 at which point your current ADSL service will no longer be accessible. However if at anytime in the next 30 days you wish to cancel your Migration simply contact our customer services team at your earliest convenience on 0845 077 2455. |

So you don't have to use it, but I would recommend you enquire with your current ISP as to how their cancellation policy operates or contact them to say you haven't used it.
