A novel idea of sharing?

Finally got my p2p with win98se working up to a point. Both computers see each
other. On one computer I am able to share files with the 2 listed there. Here
is the rub now...on the other, which like I said sees both of them too, only
one of them I am able to share files with, not the other. Unfortuantely, the
one I am able to share files is the computer itself, not the other. I marked
sharing of all my drives in my computer for both machines. How can i get that
one computer to share its wealth?
