PC Card Wizard

I just was given an older Dell laptop with Windows 98SE.
I want to put a PC card in it to connect to my home
network. Problem is that the PC Card support isn't
enabled. I went to install the PC Card support from
Add/Remove Programs - Windows setup, but it isn't
listed. Can someone provide the location of the PC Card
support components, or direction how now to set this up.
