I'm trying to add my Win98 computer to a network. After
it builds the driver database it asks me to install my "Win 98 Second Edition" CD-Rom which I do but it still says cannot find files like secure32.dll in D:\INSTALL\... So I even borrowed a friend Win98 SE disc and it still won't work. There's about 6-7 files it needs which are supposedly on the disc but it can't find. Does anyone have a solution for this? (If you could email me directly I'd appreciate it.) Thanks! Kent Kent McCorkle |

Search your hard drive for several dozen files ending in the letters CAB -
if found, these are your Windows Setup files and you should have the installer look there for the "missing" files. -- Richard G.
