Default Direct cable connection



Iam working on my friends computer and have no win982nd
disk is there anyway to activate the direct cable option
without the disk

Not unless you installed the DCC option when Windows was installed.

Search for files named "win*.cab" on the hard disk. If you find a
folder containing several of them, point to that folder when Windows
asks for the disk.
