Default Can't open NT shared drives

Hi,

When I try to open shared drives on my NT Server, setup as a primary domain
server, from my
Win98SE portable I get the error:

XXX is not accessible.
This request is not accepted by the
network.

I am logged into the domain as a valid Domain User and sharing permissions
are set to allow read and
execute for Domain users; I can see the drives in Network Neighborhood, but
cannot open. If I add my
username to the Administrators group using User Manager for Domains then I
am allowed to open the
shared drives.

Also, I cannot print to the NT shared printer as a Domain User - error
message:

There was an error writing to printer.
No more connections can be made to this
remote computer at this time because
there are already as many connections as this
computer can accept.

Adding username to Administrator group allows printing. All permissions look
good for file sharing and
printing...any suggestions as to what could be wrong ?

Thanks,

Bill
