Default Plusnet Back Up?



Do plusnet have a backup dialup service number to use if there adsl
service goes down? if so is it a free number

It's not free according to their website.

Yes.

Look at Connection Settings/Connection Details on the portal. Note that the
format of the login name for dial-up is different from that required for
ADSL.

No - it's an 0845 (so called) local rate number.
