The website claims they have upgraded them and fixed the problems,
presumably allowing binaries...but they seem to have buried the details away, does anyone know what the latest is? Thanks! -- - I know the wheels go round and round, but whats the story prior to that movement? Jamie_Manic |

Pipex user now have access to Giganews's usenet servers. From reading in the Pipex newsgroups it looks like there is still a problem with download speeds. Russell |

Jamie, check this Pipex page http://www.pipexsupport.com/main/news_service.php . Works a *lot* better than their old binaries server, mind you, that wouldn't have been difficult! -- Cheers, Derek, "Some days you're the pigeon, some days you're the statue" |

I'm well unimpressed. I set up for Giganews but it doesn't have the newsgroup I want, which Pipex Binaries does have..... alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.reggae Giganews doesn't even have ...... rec.music.reggae Filthy Rich Music House |

Strange that when I first uploaded all the newsgroups, the binaries one was missing which is why I fired off the query. When I uploaded them all again, this was the only new group that came in. I reckon someone must have heard me cursing..... Yes Giganews is much faster and better than Pipex binaries! Filthy Rich Music House |
