any comments on it ?

Why don't you ask in the Blueyonder support groups, IIRC, some people there
have VOIP.

Gave up on TW as telco provider sometime back just use them
for incoming calls as BBV voice charge caller 5ppm for incoming
calls to BBV

Not sure about BT, but I happily use Sipgate (in) and Babble (out).

For decent VoIP, you need about 80kBps in both direction so a 760k should be
fine, unless you can get heavy contention issues. You can get away with
less if both you and the other caller can use better compression codecs.
What is available depends on the software/hardware at both ends.

Just don't expect perfect quality if you're doing a spate of heavy
downloading at the same time ;-)
