Default Plusnet spam filters

Has anyone got PlusNets spam filter on their account?
I took the 1Mb option that doesn't come with spam or virus filtering and was
wondering if it would be worthwhile adding it to my account.
Anyone recommend it?

cheers

Steven

Hi Steven,

You can move from the account you are on to the new Broadband Home
Premier account for no charge if you stay on an annual contract and not
only will you then get the Spam and AV to try out but your account cost
will drop by £3 to £29.99

Just raise it through contact us if you want us to do this.

Hi Josh,

I am with Force 9 your sister ISP, I am on a 1mb account at the momment I
see they also do the new Broadband Home
Premier account . I take it F9 members can change over also with out any
interuption to there current service, I still keep and use the 250mb web
space etc and are there any restrictions on bandwith and download limits on
the new Broadband Home
Premier account.

Paul

The description on the site indicates that premier accounts don't have the
download 'cap' that the cheaper versions of the same speed service have.

Hi Paul,

Both our Force9 and Free-Online can choose to take advantage of the new
account types in the same way as PlusNet customers if they wish.
There's no downtime or interuption in service if you make the change,
you'll still have the same amount of webspace, and if you choose the
Premier option then there are no restrictions on the amount or type of
downloads.
