If you disable (enable disabled) password caching on the workstations,
this will do away with local authentication.

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pol icies\Network

Value Name: DisablePwdCaching
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0 = disabled, 1=enabled)
