Does anyone have any idea what causes this error message?
And if so, do you know how to resolve it? I have spent a few hours today browsing the Microsoft support site and newsgroups in an attempt to find some reference to error code 10045. As of yet, I have been unsuccessful. The closest related topic I found suggests a corrupt TCP/IP stack; but after following the suggested solution I still receive the same error when I try to ping anything. Any suggestions or assistance will be greatly appreciated. Regards, Steven French Steven French |

Hi,
Possibly a bad NIC? have you tried installing another NIC? Thanks, Marc Reynolds Microsoft Technical Support This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights. |
