Haggis, Thanks for your reply.. But I've checked that.. On
some Pcs there are two adapters installed, others only one.. The ones with two installed have the dial-up adapter and Ethernet adapter (both in these cases are essential).. Neither can be removed.. I've checked the bindings on all adapters to make sure they are binded to the necessary protocols, and they are as they should be.. However, the IP Configurations just don't stick.. They keep defaulting back to the PPP settings and not the Ethernet Adapter settings.. Even mine loses the IP Config settings (mine has only one adapter installed, no PPP Adapter).. Do you think it could be a router probelem???.. We access internet fine.. >-----Original Message----- >control panel > network> remove ?? > > >"Jess" <(E-Mail Removed)> wrote in message >news:066c01c38c4c$669e7650$(E-Mail Removed)... >> My office is having trouble sending emails on our Win 98 >> machines only (Win 2000 network)..
