Help with synchronizing files please..

Hi,
I have 3 computers (1 xp and 2 win98 - all running
microsoft office) networked all working great.. What I
want to do is make all three have exactly the same "my
documents" folder, so that if one machine has a file added
or changed, they will all update and be the same.

Any ideas hugely appreciated - I'm sure its a simple one ..

if you have office installed , I believe it comes with "briefcase" which is
for exactly that
