Default moan about freeserve- the saga continues

Hi all, just to update you. I have written a letter of complaint because the
people at the broadband call centre are doing nothing, they are all
seemingly a bunch of muppets.

I've received no response as yet from the letter, but when I emailed a
complaint to the broadband email address, I was told they don't deal with
that kind of thing and to email another address, which is an automated
response email which sends a list of FAQs, completely useless to me.

Does anyone at freeserve actually know what they're doing?

Clearly not, may i ask why you chose Freeserve for Broadband? My rule of
thumb at the moment is that if youre good enough to use usent, you can cope
with a slightly more advanced setup of a propper ISP like Eclipse or
Nildram. (have a look on www.adslguide.org and do an ISP comparison with
Freeserve, AOHell, Ecliupse and Nildram)

You wont get anything usefull from thier help departments, the best response
is, reboot and try again, which on dialup means you get a new operator and
have to start again.

Cant wait now, 35 days till i can tell freeserve where to shove thier dialup
package.

It's a bit like Telephone Hygienists. If they weren't muppets, they
wouldn't stay long enough in the Call centre to get a clue. If they
were muppets, they'd stay and not get a clue...

If you had followed up in your original thread, if any, I'd have a clue
what you were wittering about.
