I'd be grateful for some advice as to the situation when setting a new PC up
with NTL stand alone modem broadband. I have NTL stand alone modem on my present PC - is it straight forward when setting up a new single PC, do you have to go through the NTL set up disc again etc. Many thanks Paul B. Paul Beaty |

If its running XP and using the Ethernet cable not the USB then no just plug in the Ethernet cable and away you go You will need to set up Outlook/Outlook Express with your email accounts though . --- Never Underestimate the power of The Sluff © Mike Jones 1999 - 2003 Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). But you should swap to ethernet anyway, its much better. |
