I am trying to install an adapter and get the message
insert Win98 se cd rom...which I can no longer locate....is there anyway to install an adapter without the cd rom for Win 98???? I bought the computer new, and I don't think it came with it!! Pat |

Search your hard drive for several dozen files ending in the letters CAB.
If you find them, these are your Windows Setup files and you can tell the installer to look there for your "missing" files. -- Richard G. You can try searching the web for the individual files
then download them if available.
