uninstalling linksys wpc54g network card

I tried uninstalling the card and it says it is complete
and when I try to reinstall it says it is still installed.
And it will not let me install again. I believe it must
have something to do with the registry. I called linksysy
at they told me it could be the registry as well. I would
like to fix but not sure what to do.
